College has organized State Level Teaching Learning Technology Workshop permitted by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik for nursing and allied health faculty. Principal & faculty attended conferences, seminars, workshops held regularly in Medical College, Dental College, Physiotherapy College, Local Nursing colleges and state level nursing colleges. Principal and lecturers participated in the workshop for change of new B.Sc Nursing, Post basic Nursing syllabus and M.Sc Nursing syllabus held by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. All the nursing faculties are deputed by the college to participate different local, National, International CME's to upgrade their knowledge and skills.

Principal and all the faculty member of the college are active in research and have published their postgraduate research project at national level journals. One of the faculty presented paper at national level Psychiatry Research Conference in 2007. Principal and all the faculty members guide research projects to fourth B.Sc. Nursing students in different nursing specialities as per syllabus which fulfill the aim of quality of nursing education, administration and Community Health Nursing. Principal was awarded as 'Hall of Fame' at National Research Conference held at College of Nursing, Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. She has also presented her Research Project report at Second National Nurses Research Conference, New Delhi. Students research project report are appreciated by the visitors at the time of Indian Nursing Council - New Delhi, Maharashtra Nursing Council - Mumbai, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences - Nashik inspections. One of the student research project was selected as best project at State level in inter University competitions held by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik at Nagpur in the year 2006.
